Essential Learning's Elevate Learning Management System is the ideal solution for larger organizations. Smaller organizations may find it more affordable to select specific courses or training packages from our CEQuick course library. It's easy and affordable.
Here's how it works
Step 1: Purchase courses from our extensive library
Browse our departments or use our search feature to find the course, package, or subscription which best meets your training goals. Add the courses to your cart. Once the product is in your shopping cart, click the little person icon next to the product name to tell the system that you’ like to purchase the course for distribution to other learners. Select a quantity and check out. If you need to work with a company purchase order, please contact customer support (support@essentiallearning.com) for more information.
Step 2: Distribute your tokens
Once you've purchased tokens, you’ll be able to assign them through your "My Tokens" page. A Link to "My Tokens" is in CEQuick’s top right hand corner. From this interface you can view all of your token purchases, email invitations to use the token, remove invitees, keep track of your remaining tokens and monitor who has redeemed the token. For your convenience, you'll soon be able to reorder tokens from this page too.
Step 3: Your learners redeem their tokens
Almost immediately after you've sent your invitation, learners will receive an email from Essential Learning with simple instructions (including a short video) to enroll in the course. The learners will need to register for a CEQuick account or log into their existing account in order to complete the enrollment.
Reporting Completions
Your Learners will be able to print their certificate of completions immediately upon passing the course exam with a score of 80% or greater and completing the course evaluation survey. In addition to the certificate, learners can download their transcript into an excel spreadsheet that can be sent as an email attachment.
