Once I start a course can I stop and return to the course later before taking a test?

Yes, you can return to the course material as often as you like. The courses are designed with busy professionals in mind and are divided into short sections to make it easy to review materials in several short sessions.

Yes, just log-in and select the course for review.

How will I know if a course is accepted by my state licensing board for continuing education?

Essential Learning is accredited by many national and state accrediting organizations and licensing boards (click here for listing). It is up to you to verify accreditation information with your state board (the information is usually available from a Board's website). State boards often accept courses that have been approved by a nationally accredited organization. And some states have limits on the number of courses that may be taken online or through home study.

Please Note: Essential Learning reserves the right to archive out of date courses at any time. This process removes accreditations from the course(s).

I have a discount code from the association I am a member of or an advertised discount - where do I enter it?

You enter a discount code at check-out when you purchase courses. The system will automatically re-calculate your purchase price based upon the terms of the code. In some cases, not all, if you logged on to the site via a special address (i.e. www.CEQuick.com/___) your discount code might be automatically calculated at check-out.

What accommodations or assistance do you provide for persons with disabilities?

Please contact Essential Learning Support to inquire about available accommodations. Many of Essential Learning courses are 508 compliant and can be taken with assistive technology. Also course materials may be printed out and read to visually impaired participants and some courses are accompanied by audio.

How do I return to the courses on the My Info page?

You may return to the courses you purchased on your My Info page at anytime. Go to www.CEQuick.com and log-on with you user name (the e-mail you entered at registration) and password. If you are having problems be sure to check that you have entered the user name and password exactly as provided to you in the confirming e-mail sent after your registered the first time. How do I take the test?

Select the test link (at the bottom of the Progress page) or the Tests tab (at the top of the Progress page) within each course. You may re-take the test until you achieve a passing score of 80% or better.

What if I fail the course test - can I re-take it? Will I be charged to re-take a test?

No, You will not be charged for taking the test multiple times. You can re-take a test as many times as you need to, to achieve a passing score of 80%+.

Will my training site log-in information change each time I purchase a course?

The log-in information will remain the same. When you are ready to purchase additional courses return to www.CEQuick.com and select the "Log In" button at the top right of the Home Page. Enter the user name and password you selected the first time you registered.

How can I obtain another copy if I lost a course certificate?

If the certificate is for a course completed less than 1 month ago:

Log-on to the site and the courses completed less than 1 month ago will be listed on your My Info page. Select the "View/Print Certificate" button for the course which you need to re-print the certificate.

If the certificate is for a course completed more than 1 month ago:

Log-on to the site, select the "My Transcripts" button on the left of the page (My Info) and then select the "View/Print Certificate" button for the course which you need to re-print the certificate.

What do the numbers mean under some of the course accreditations?

The numbers refer to state licensing agencies that have accredited the course in addition to the national accreditations that are listed. For a listing of the state accreditations and the associated reference numbers please see the Accreditation Information (link at the top of the CEQuick.com Home page) section of the site.

Do you offer discounts for organizations that would like to purchase multiple seats?

Yes, we offer volume discounts for organizations and provider associations that would like to offer buy seats for employees to access to online courses. We recommend that agencies that want multiple employees to take online courses subscribe to our learning management system as a more cost effective way to provide e-learning.
