How to Use the Site

Initial Registration and Course Selection - If you are new to our site and have never registered before please follow the procedure outlined below.

Already registered? Simply select the Log-in tab above and enter your user name (your e-mail address) and password. Once logged-on you will be able to view previously purchased courses and purchase new courses.

Step 1 - Select Courses for Purchase

  • In the "Select an Accreditation" dropdown menu (top left portion of the screen) select the type of accreditation certificate you need. For an ACA approved course certificate select "ACA" otherwise select a specific licensing body based upon your professional affiliation.
  • Below the Accreditation menu you will find the "Select a Subject" dropdown menu. Pick a subject area (i.e. Safety and Security) or "All Subjects" to see a complete list of courses. Click "Next" and a list of courses will be displayed based on the criteria you selected.
  • Click on the course name for a brief description of the course and the target audience.
  • Ready to purchase a course(s)? Mark the checkbox and click on the "Add Courses to Cart and Checkout" button found on the top and bottom of the course list. This will take you to a screen to review and submit your order by clicking on "Check-Out."

Step 2 - Learner Registration

  • After submitting your course order, you will be asked to register. Information entered should be for the person who plans to take the courses.
  • Fields with an asterisk are required.
  • The e-mail address entered will be your user name.
  • Registration is only required upon initial purchase of courses and sets up your account to make your next visit to the OCA Training Site much quicker. Anytime you return to the OCA Training Site, click the "Log-in" tab at the top of the site and enter your user name and password.

Step 3 - Payment

  • Once you have completed all required fields on the Registration page, click "Continue."
  • Enter your credit card information and once approved you are ready to access your courses. There is no time limit on course access -- they will remain available to you as long as you remain registered on the site.
